Where is it located?
The studio is located on Calle Roser , in the El Poble Sec neighborhood , within the Sants-Montjuïc district . This lively neighborhood is full of longtime residents, and prioritizes local commerce .
Through its narrow streets you can find squares full of terraces , such as Plaça del Sortidor . In addition, a couple of minutes away you will find Blai street , the area of the pincho route par excellence.
If you want to get closer to the center, two minutes from the farm you have the Paral·lel metro stop (L2, L3 and Montjuïc funicular) .
Loft with all the comfort
The studio has an open room in which we find the kitchen and dining room. A cozy space where you can cook high-end dishes in this fully equipped kitchen , while not missing any of the conversation that your guests have from the sofa.
In a more reserved environment we find the sleeping area with a large double bed and a classic wardrobe .
In the bathroom you will have a large bathtub where you can disconnect after an intense day in Barcelona.
The loft is on the 5th floor , but the property has an elevator to make the climb more pleasant. In addition, it has air conditioning and a heat pump to keep your home at the temperature you like best.

Loft con todo el confort
El estudio dispone de una estancia diáfana en la que encontramos la cocina y el comedor. Un espacio acogedor en el que podrá cocinar platos de alta gama en esta cocina completamente equipada, mientras no se pierde nada de la conversación que mantienen sus invitados desde el sofá.
En un ambiente más reservado encontramos la zona de dormitorio con una gran cama doble y un armario clásico.

El loft se encuentra en un 5º piso, pero la finca dispone de ascensor para amenizarle la subida. Además, cuenta con aire acondicionado y bomba de calor para mantener su vivienda a la temperatura que más le guste.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.

The holder of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to ShBarcelona, when the lease is not formalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case be entitled to demand any additional compensation.
It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
