Les WODs sont compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un ou plusieurs exercices, le tout encha\u00een\u00e9 suivant diff\u00e9rents formats; gymnastique, cardio et force athl\u00e9tique. Les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0?
