L\u2019entra\u00eenement est divis\u00e9 en <strong>plusieurs niveaux d\u2019intensit\u00e9<\/strong> selon les objectifs que l\u2019on veut atteindre\u00a0: le niveau 1 o\u00f9 l\u2019on aborde les bases du Crossfit\u00a0 jusqu\u2019au niveau 5 qui exige plusieurs ann\u00e9es de pratique pour pouvoir le r\u00e9ussir. Chaque niveau comprend plusieurs exercices ce qui permet de ne <strong>jamais se lasser<\/strong>. Chez <strong>Crossfit LCS<\/strong>, vous travaillerez votre <strong>r\u00e9sistance cardiovasculaire<\/strong>, <strong>votre force physique<\/strong>, <strong>votre souplesse<\/strong>, <strong>votre coordination<\/strong>, <strong>votre agilit\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>votre \u00e9quilibre<\/strong> et <strong>votre pr\u00e9cision<\/strong>\u00a0!
