Nowadays, we can still see the\u00a0<strong>dragons<\/strong>\u00a0as surviving symbols of their legendary past. Along the route, the <strong>dragons<\/strong>\u00a0pop out in baroque elegance, even on the facades of the modernist buildings.\u00a0The largest <strong>dragon<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/barcelona-sculptures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sculpture<\/a> in the city appears in the Parc de l&#8217;Espanya Industrial,\u00a0while the smallest is in the\u00a0Pati dels Tarongers.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In the neighborhood of\u00a0<strong>Eixample<\/strong>, there are plenty of buildings with\u00a0<strong>dragons<\/strong> because the area was partly constructed by <strong>Gaud\u00ed<\/strong> during the city&#8217;s expansion in the 20th century. Cutting through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/gothic-quarter-night\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gothic Quarter<\/a> of the city, this route is a gem that reveals the historic Barcelona under the cover of <strong>dragons<\/strong>.\u00a0One of the most curious and well-known is the Chinese dragon on <strong>Casa Bruno Quadro,<\/strong> nicknamed the<b>\u00a0&#8220;House of Umbrellas&#8221;<\/b>\u00a0on <b>La Rambla<\/b>\u00a0where you would start the route. \u00a0The\u00a0<strong>Palau de la Generalitat<\/strong>\u00a0also features a hidden statue representative of the fable that influenced the connection between the city and <strong>dragons<\/strong>.
