One of the reasons for this is that <strong>Clot<\/strong> is a relatively small neighborhood when compared to many others. It was originally a place where the inhabitants of the area would gather to sell things they produced in their own land and with time and some remodeling, it became the market that is known today. <strong>Mercat del Clot<\/strong> is a great place to stop by for the freshest vegetables, fruit, cheese, meat and fish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.es\/maps\/place\/Mercat+del+Clot\/@41.4075522,2.1864452,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x12a4a326858772e9:0x23a6bd0db5d27f15!8m2!3d41.4075522!4d2.1886339\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Pla\u00e7a del Mercat, 26<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Parc_del_Clot\"><\/span>Parc del Clot<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As most of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/expensive-neighborhoods\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">neighborhoods<\/a> in the city,\u00a0<strong>Clot<\/strong> has its own main park.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/guia.barcelona.cat\/en\/detall\/parc-del-clot_92086017160.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Parc del Clot<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0occupies an area of 3.5 acres, located between the town hall and the local market. The <strong>park<\/strong> was built during the 80s in a space where old factories and small workshops existed and today, parts of the original constructions still stand. Visitors can find old chimneys, archways, and walls from the past, which help give the <strong>park<\/strong> an atmospheric, historical feel. There is a beautiful aqueduct with a 25-meter high waterfall that was made from the original wall of RENFE&#8217;s old workshop. Much like\u00a0<strong>Parc del Clot<\/strong>, these <strong>gardens<\/strong> exhibit traces of past times, with a chimney that evokes the industrial era.
