The most famous touristic site in the city is the artist&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salvador-dali.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>Theatre-Museum<\/strong><\/a>. The\u00a0<strong>museum<\/strong>\u00a0started construction in 1969, where the city&#8217;s former\u00a0<strong>museum<\/strong> used to stand before it was destroyed during the Spanish Civil War.
