In the shadow of this genius stands yet another <strong>architect,<\/strong> equally gifted and equally devoted to his city: <strong>Lluis Dom\u00e8nech i Montaner<\/strong>. Natural light plays a great role in the hospital<\/span><span title=\"L\u2019\u00e9clairage provient exclusivement de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle et les jardins qui s\u00e9parent les b\u00e2timents sont remplis d\u2019herbes aromatiques pour contribuer au bien-\u00eatre des patients.\">\u00a0and the gardens that separate the buildings are filled with aromatic herbs to contribute to the well-being of patients. <\/span><span title=\"Les \u00e9difices sont reli\u00e9s par des couloirs souterrains pour faciliter le transfert des malades.\">The buildings are connected by underground corridors to facilitate transfers. <\/span><span title=\"L\u2019h\u00f4pital est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 1,5km de la Sagrada Familia au bout de la avenida Gaud\u00ed et son entr\u00e9e principale est tourn\u00e9e directement vers la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cath\u00e9drale.\">The hospital is located 1.5 km from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/sagrada-familia-3\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sagrada Familia<\/a> at the end of <strong>A<\/strong><strong>venida Gaud\u00ed<\/strong> and its main entrance is turned directly towards the famous cathedral. target=\"_blank\"><strong>Palau de la M\u00fasica<\/strong><\/a> is another jewel of the modernist architecture by\u00a0<strong>Dom\u00e8nech<\/strong>. <\/span><span title=\"Les travaux commenc\u00e8rent en 1905 et furent achev\u00e9s en 3 ans \u00e0 peine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9voyance de l\u2019architecte qui commanda chaque contribution en avance aux artisans barcelonais.\">The work began in 1905 and was completed in just three years. <\/span><span title=\"Ainsi vitraux, mosa\u00efques, sculptures et structures de fer furent tous pr\u00eats au m\u00eame moment et purent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s extr\u00eamement rapidement au b\u00e2timent.\">Stained glass windows, mosaics, sculptures and iron structures were all ready at the same time and could Dom\u00e8nech to allow the daylight to illuminate the room even in the narrow streets of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wine-bars-born\/\" target=\"_blank\">Born<\/a>. corner of the <strong>Ciutadella Park<\/strong>, next to the main entrance on the <strong>Arc de Triomf<\/strong> side, <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">stands <\/span><\/span><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\">another building designed by <strong>Dom\u00e8nech<\/strong>.<\/span> He named it <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>C<\/strong><span class=\"\"><strong>astle of the Three Dragons<\/strong> after a historical novel of the same name.
