Reiki<\/strong> is an alternative therapy<\/strong><\/a> that is based on ancient Japanese techniques<\/strong> and beliefs, used as a tool to help the body relax<\/strong> and heal<\/strong><\/a>. It is believed that energy<\/strong>\u00a0flows throughout all living things and if we can learn to channel this energy we can use it to help others. When your energy is high you have the ability to be at your best, feeling happy, relaxed, and healthy<\/strong>. As it is becoming more well-known and practiced in the Western world, there are many studios and training centers in Barcelona in which you can learn Reiki.<\/p>\n
