According to\u00a0<strong>Taoism<\/strong> (the philosophy from which it derives), Tai Chi deals with <strong>yin<\/strong> (negative, feminine) and <strong>yang<\/strong> (positive, masculine) energies and aims to conquer movement through <strong>stillness<\/strong> (or so was told by its old masters). Tai Chi is a very <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/how-to-spend-a-relaxing-day-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">relaxing<\/a> activity<\/strong> and although it can be practiced indoors, it is particularly beautiful when practiced <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/best-outdoor-activities-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">outdoors<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>As long as you know the moves you can try it everywhere but,\u00a0to begin with, it is always better to have a teacher to correct and guide you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are looking for a relaxing and elegant activity, Tai Chi is a very good option and <strong>Gracia<\/strong> has some nice places to practice it.
