The oldest part of the district is the village of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WI4xwiD9hGI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sarria<\/a> &#8211; which is\u00a0thought to\u00a0date all the way back to the year <span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">987 when the village was inhabited by\u00a0a <strong>Roman colony<\/strong>. Farr\u00f3 is a quaint neighborhood comprised of <strong>idyllic small roads<\/strong>, with warm and friendly bars and restaurants lining the streets. This is a great place to go if you want to have a relaxing stroll. El Putget is situated around a hill which has been turned into a beautiful park &#8211; the area is more contemporary and doesn&#8217;t contain the tiny roads of Farr\u00f3. That is not to say that\u00a0the area\u00a0isn&#8217;t worth a visit. The interesting modern architecture still makes for a nice visit.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sarria\"><\/span>Sarri\u00e0<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is perhaps the most traditional part of\u00a0<strong>Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi<\/strong> and is the cultural hub\u00a0of the district. The area has a lot of charm, the locals are inviting and proud of the history of the district. Most notably <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tibidabo.cat\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Tibidabo<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0a beautiful mountain overlooking Barcelona which has become one of the city&#8217;s\u00a0most popular tourist attractions. Its <strong>beautiful church<\/strong> and old-fashioned amusement park make for an incredible day trip.
