It is one of the six original branches of <strong>Yoga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Iyengar:<\/strong> Named after its founder, B.K.S. Iyengar, this type of <strong>Yoga<\/strong> uses props like blocks, straps, harnesses and incline boards. The key factor for this type of <strong>Yoga<\/strong> is the precise of alignment and sequencing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kundalini:<\/strong> The energy supply for Kundalini <strong>Yoga<\/strong> is intended to be like a coiled serpent located at the base of your spine. Once \u201cawakened\u201d this energy will pulse upwards through your body.
