Awash with the legacy of the <strong>Roman Empire<\/strong> this beautiful port city on the north-east of Span is a far cry from the crowds of\u00a0Las Ramblas or Barceloneta. The\u00a0city is a fantastic visit, partly because of its beautiful coastline, but mainly because of the conserved <strong>Roman<\/strong> ruins that lie scattered around the city, fantastically\u00a0conserved. Created mid-nineteenth century the museum has become an important centre for research and recovery into the ancient history buried within the city and the museum plays a central role in the conservation\u00a0and improvement\u00a0of its cultural tradition.
