Since then it has bloomed into the tourist epic center of Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Entertainment &amp; shopping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/top-10-estatuas-humanas-ramblas-parte-1-L-yKPjJh.jpeg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3886\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-3886 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/top-10-estatuas-humanas-ramblas-parte-1-L-yKPjJh-300x212.jpeg\" alt=\"top-10-estatuas-humanas-ramblas-parte-1-L-yKPjJh\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" \/><\/a>On the southern tip of <strong>Las Ramblas<\/strong>, you can catch a groovy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/las-ramblas-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">human statue<\/a> show. On various days, these statues dress in outlandish outfits and entertain you with their robotic movements and amusing facial expressions.\u00a0 Street performers are also popular on Las Ramblas.\u00a0 You can generally catch them between the afternoon and night on Saturdays. Not that you won&#8217;t catch them there on other days, but their Saturday performances seem to be the most entertaining\u00a0 You can also run into a cool artisan street fair on Las Ramblas. \u00a0Artisans from various parts of the city, and sometimes even<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Street performers are also popular on Las Ramblas.\u00a0 You can generally catch them between the afternoon and night on Saturdays. Not that you won&#8217;t catch them there on other days, but their Saturday performances seem to be the most entertaining.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Artisans from various parts of the city, and sometimes even further, set up booths\u00a0to sell their handmade crafts, such as soaps, bags, and jewelry. Sometimes you can also find a booth selling antiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Culture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/christopher-colombus-996588_640.jpg\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-67331 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/christopher-colombus-996588_640-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"las ramblas\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Las Ramblas<\/strong> also has its fair share of cultural spots, like the\u00a0<strong>Erotic Museum.<\/strong>\u00a0The museum showcases sexuality and eroticism from ancient and modern times, religious and cultural ideologies of sex, and curates\u00a0on the growth\u00a0of sexuality and its transformation throughout the centuries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the city&#8217;s most famous musical venues, Gran Teatre del Liceu, is a popular stop at\u00a0<strong>Las Rambla.\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/where-to-listen-to-classical-music-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\">Liceu<\/a>\u00a0often receives Opera and ballet shows.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Christopher Columbus monument <\/strong>can be found\u00a0on the southern end of Las Ramblas. If you pay a price, you can take a lift to the top of the tower at the monument to see\u00a0awesome views of the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Market<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For food shoppers, there\u2019s always something nice to buy at the <strong>Mercat de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/living-barcelona-boqueria\/\" target=\"_blank\">Boqueria<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>Barcelona\u2019s flagship market.
