P\u00e9rez trained with Michel Guerard and at the renowned El Bulli before taking over Mirimar in Llan\u00e7\u00e0 which was also awarded two <strong>Michelin stars<\/strong>. \u00a0 High quality local ingredients are used at Enoteca to bring the flavours of the sea alive.\u00a0What&#8217;s more, the <strong>restaurant<\/strong> has a phenomenal wine cellar with over 700 wines from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enoteca<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0is best enjoyed in the summer months when the terrace is open, offering\u00a0an\u00a0al fresco dining experience with glorious views of <strong>Barcelona&#8217;s<\/strong> Port Olympic.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Moments\"><\/span>Moments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Where?\u00a0<\/strong>Mandarin Oriental, Passeig de Gr\u00e0cia, 38<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moments, headed by Catalan female chef\u00a0Carme Ruscalleda and her \u00a0son Ra\u00fcl Balam also has two <strong>Michelin stars<\/strong>. Ruscadella is famous for her\u00a0innovative ideas having gained seven <strong>Michelin stars<\/strong> for her <strong>restaurants<\/strong> in Spain and Japan.\u00a0The restaurant offers a fresh and creative gastronomic experience inspired by Catalan culture with the choice of the\u00a0\u00e0 la carte or <strong>tasting menu<\/strong>. The decor is elegant, the atmosphere relaxed and understated and the food is incredibly refined and sophisticated. While it&#8217;s not cheap by any measure, an evening at Moments will be most definitely be unforgettable.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dos_Palillos\"><\/span>Dos Palillos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Where?\u00a0<\/strong>Carrer d&#8217;Elisabets, 9<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dospalillos.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Dos Palillos<\/a>, run by Albert Raurich and wife Tamae Imachi, former chef de cuisine at El Bulli, received its first <strong>Michelin star<\/strong> in 2012 for its exciting and innovative fusion of Spanish and Asian tapas. A visit to Dos Palillos offers a truly unique dining experience as\u00a0the <strong>restaurant<\/strong> replicates a Toyko food bar which you can sit around and watch the chefs prepare your food. Unlike many other <strong>Michelin star restaurants<\/strong>, the atmosphere is informal, however the main draw is the phenomenal quality of its tapas. The restaurant received its\u00a0<strong>Michelin star <\/strong>in 2008<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>for its impressive range of creative and original dishes which offer a contemporary twist to traditional Catalan <strong>cuisine<\/strong>.\u00a0Chef\u00a0Jordi Artal uses \u00a0locally sourced ingredients and experimental techniques to provide the diner with an explosion of different flavours and sensations.
