Coincidence or not, the theatre was mostly destroyed in a massive fire, only fourteen years after being built. And as if that wasn\u2019t enough, there the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/lets-go-to-the-theater-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">theatre<\/a> was the site of an anarchist attack in 1893, where dozens of people were killed. Oh, but wait! There\u2019s more! Those who lived near Casa Ave Maria, famously known as \u201cHouse of Fear\u201d reported incessant screaming coming from the house every single night.
