The most popular types of <strong>turr\u00f3n<\/strong> are the <strong>turr\u00f3n de Jijona<\/strong> (soft) and the <strong>turr\u00f3n de Alicante <\/strong>(hard), though Catalonia has also developed its own variety, the <strong>torr\u00f3 d\u2019Agramunt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you go to any establishment that sells <strong>turr\u00f3ns<\/strong>, you will find a great selection of <strong>turr\u00f3ns<\/strong> with different tastes like the <strong>chocolate turr\u00f3n<\/strong>, the <strong>coconut turr\u00f3n<\/strong>, the <strong>truffle turr\u00f3n<\/strong>, the <strong>marzipan turr\u00f3n<\/strong>, the <strong>pistachio turr\u00f3n<\/strong>, and many more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the holiday season, you can find <strong>turr\u00f3ns<\/strong> anywhere, but there are a couple of special places to buy quality <strong>turr\u00f3ns<\/strong> in Barcelona: Sirvent, at Carrer del Parlament 56, <strong>Torrons Vicens<\/strong>, at Las Ramblas 111, and Pastisseria Ideal, at Carrer Gran de Gracia 207.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tortel_de_Reyes\"><\/span><strong>Tortel de Reyes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the 6th of January, the day the Spanish celebrate Dia de los Reyes (The Kings\u2019 Days), when the majority of holiday gifts are exchanged, the Spanish people eat the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rosca_de_reyes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">tortel de reyes<\/a><\/strong>, meaning \u201cthe king\u2019s cake\u201d. This puff, round pastry is filled with Catalan custard or marzipan and covered in crystallized fruits and dried nuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you decide to have some <strong>tortel de reyes <\/strong>this holiday, chew very carefully, because the <strong>tortell de reyes<\/strong> has something hard inside like a fava bean or a little ceramic figure. Whoever finds that, will be the one to pay for the <strong>tortel de reyes <\/strong>the following year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can find <strong>tortel de reyes<\/strong> in almost any bakery during the first week of January.
