The opening hours vary depending on the time of year, so it\u00b4s best to check their webpage for information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This 100 year old amusement park is one of the oldest in the world, and have 25 rides for all ages. Among other attractions there is a 4D cinema and roller coaster called <strong>Muntanya Russa<\/strong>. The latter benefits from one of the most spectacular settings in the world for a roller coaster, the 512 m high Tibidabo mountain overlooking Barcelona. The spectacular view over the city is in itself reason enough to contemplate a visit to this lovely theme park.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The park also has a wide range of facilities for visitors including restaurants, many with amazing views, picnic areas and a whole lot of other other services.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Port_adventura\"><\/span>Port adventura<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shbarcelona.barcelona.ticketbar.eu\/en\/attractions\/portaventura-park-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Port Adventura<\/a><\/strong> is located in Salou, 1 hour and 20 minutes by train. You can get there from Barcelona by RENFE trains from Barcelona Sants or Passeig de Gr\u00e0cia in Barcelona city centre. Alternatively you can catch a bus from Barcelona Sants rail station.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The theme park is divided into six sections: <strong>Mediterrania<\/strong>, <strong>Far West<\/strong>,<strong> Mexico<img class=\"size-medium wp-image-59848 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Port-aventura-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Port aventura\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/strong>, <strong>China<\/strong>, <strong>Polynesia<\/strong>, and <strong>S\u00e9samo Aventura<\/strong>, all with their specific themes, as revealed by their names. The most significant attractions are the themed roller coasters like the Chinese styled <strong>Dragon Khan<\/strong>, one of the biggest in Europe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Illa_fantasia\"><\/span>Illa fantasia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The third option is a water park, <a href=\"https:\/\/shbarcelona.barcelona.ticketbar.eu\/en\/attractions\/isla-fantasia---water-park-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Illa fantasia <\/strong><\/a>. The obvious choice for the hotter summer days.<br \/>\nThe Illa Fantasia water park has over 20 different water slides and 3 large swimming pools &#8211; plenty of water to cool off even the sunniest day in <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is located a 30 minute train ride from the city centre.
