Add the olive oil, little by little as you keep stirring, so it becomes a homogenous mix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alioli<\/strong> is a good salsa for potatoes, meat, and legumes.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Salsa_2_Romesco\"><\/span><strong>Salsa #2: Romesco<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Romesco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Romesco<\/a><\/strong> is another popular <strong>Catalan<\/strong>\u00a0sauces, commonly used for fish dishes and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What you will need to prepare the <strong>Romesco<\/strong> salsa:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2\/3 plump tomatoes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 garlic clove<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 dried <em>\u00f1ora <\/em>peppers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">15g of roasted almonds<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">15g of roasted hazelnuts<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 slice of bread<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">250g of olive oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">100g of vinegar<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Powdered sweet red pepper<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">dash of salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A small piece of chili pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The recipe, step by step:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">First of all, you need to hydrate the <em>\u00f1oras<\/em>. Leave them in water the day before you are going to cook the salsa, or at least 4-5 hours before. Once they are properly hydrated, cut them open to remove the seeds, which you will save for later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next you are going to roast the garlic and the tomatoes in the oven, which should be preheated at 200<sup>o<\/sup>C. Place them in separate trays. The tomatoes should be ready in fifteen to twenty minutes.
