One of the newest universities in Spain<\/strong>, Universitat Pompeu Fabra<\/strong> was founded in 1990, inspired by the principles of justice, equality, freedom, democracy, independence, and plurality. The university<\/strong> was named after a Catalan philologist by the name of Pompeu Fabra<\/strong>.\u00a0UPF<\/strong> is considered to be one of the best 200 universities in the world, according to Times Higher Education<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the university\u2019s<\/strong> main objectives is to contribute towards the development of outstanding research, which it has successfully achieved year after year, ranking as the number one university in scientific productivity<\/strong> in Spain.<\/p>\n
