It is normally served with lima beans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esqueixada de bacall\u00e0:<\/strong> a dish made with raw, shredded codfish, tomato, onion, red pepper, olives and a sauce of olive oil, vinegar and salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bomba:<\/strong> a potato ball filled with ground meat, covered in hot sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crema catalana: <\/strong>a desert made with sweet cream and burnt sugar on top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mel y Mat\u00f3:<\/strong> a desert made with mat\u00f3 cheese, a fresh cheese made with cow, goat and sheep\u2019s milk mixed with lemon juice, specially prepared in Catalonia.
