Barcelona is an unmissable event.<\/p>\n<p>This boutique festival is not only an opportunity to buy, sell and exchange vintage items, but acts as a central meeting point for those concerned with and interested in vintage clothes, jewelry, accessories, vinyl, <a title=\"Furnishing on a budget in Barcelona\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/furniture-budget\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">furniture<\/a>, shoes and soft furnishings \u2013 in fact, anything that is considered vintage.<\/p>\n<p>Open to the general public, Vintage in Barcelona is not just about vintage, but provides activities for people of all ages to enjoy such as workshops, music, dance, and an area especially for children, making the festival an authentic boutique festival experience.<\/p>\n<div the\u00a0festival\u00a0took\u00a0place\u00a0last year in\u00a0<a title=\"\u201cEls encants\u201d the biggest flea market in Barcelona\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/els-encants-the-biggest-flea-market-in-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Encants<\/a> market in\u00a0Barcelona,\u00a0one of\u00a0Europe\u2018s\u00a0oldest markets that has taken place since the 14th\u00a0century.<\/p>\n<p>The second edition will feature larger display areas for\u00a0buying and selling,\u00a0as well as more\u00a0exhibition,\u00a0workshops\u00a0and performances\u00a0zones.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibitors already scheduled to participate include vintage\u00a0shops,\u00a0contemporary designers,\u00a0<a title=\"\u201cHumana\u201d, not only a second hand clothes store\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/humana-not-only-a-second-hand-clothes-store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second hand\u00a0<\/a>shops\u00a0and many other businesses\u00a0related to vintage including restorers\u00a0and collectors.<\/p>\n<p>The entire festival consists of several exhibition the newly refurbished Encants market, where auctions usually take place, there will be a central area for exhibitors to promote, sell and exchange items.<\/p>\n<p>The promoters of the event are expecting approximately 40,000 visitors every day.<\/p>\n<p>The parade will offer retro \/ new romantic, and vintage designers and stylists the opportunity to showcase their creations to the general public.<\/p>\n<p>On the second floor\u00a0of\u00a0Encants\u00a0market is the vintage games emporium, where children (young and old!) will have the opportunity to enjoy retro games, watch theatre performances, storytelling, face painting and other types of entertainment.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Live_music_and_djs\"><\/span>Live music and djs:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A festival without <a title=\"Where are Barcelona\u2019s best music venues?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/barcelona-music-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">music<\/a> is not a festival. And Vintage Barcelona is no different. The music comes courtesy of five electro swing Djs courtesy of speakeasy electro swing Barcelona, along with bans The\u00a0Outsiders\u00a0+\u00a0One, Cest si Bon,\u00a0amongst other musical contributors. vintage music such as vinyl or retro music on contemporary formats; contemporary designers who celebrate classic styles; collectors; second hand, pseudo vintage and genuine vintage clothes; collectors items and much more.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Workshops\"><\/span>Workshops:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Workshops on offer include vintage make-up application;
