For \u20ac10.20, the <strong>T-10<\/strong> allows you take 10 trips at a discounted price. Valid for everywhere in the city center, the <strong>T-10<\/strong> can be purchased from ticket machines at all <strong>metro and\u00a0train stations<\/strong> and some major <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/bus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>bus<\/strong><\/a> stops. If you are planning on using <strong>public transport<\/strong> more than once a day, other ticketing options are available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you only intend to ride intermittently or aren\u2019t staying in <strong>Barcelona<\/strong> long enough to ride 10 times, you can purchase <strong>single tickets<\/strong> as well, which cost 2.20\u20ac each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>T-50\/30<\/strong> costs 43,50\u20ac and it gives you 50 trips for a period of 30 days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A similar option is the\u00a0<strong>T-Mes<\/strong>, wich is also valid for a month but it gives you unlimited trips. The\u00a0<strong>T-Mes<\/strong> is priced at 54\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you need to use\u00a0<strong>public transports<\/strong> every month and don&#8217;t want to go through the trouble of purchasing a ticket every monthly, you can invest on a\u00a0<strong>T-Trimestre<\/strong>, which costs 142\u20ac and lasts for 3 months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lot of\u00a0<strong>TMB<\/strong> tickets are non-transferrable, which means that they can&#8217;t be used consecutively by two people. The <strong>T-70\/30<\/strong> is a good option for <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/families-meetup\/\">families<\/span> because it allows many people to use the same ticket for a month. The\u00a0<strong>T-70\/30<\/strong> is priced at 60,90\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you plan on traveling through Barcelona for only one day, you can buy the\u00a0<strong>T-Dia<\/strong> ticket for 8,60\u20ac, which is cheaper than buying a\u00a0<strong>T-10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are also special prices for large families, children, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/en\/nightlife-seniors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">seniors<\/a> and unemployed people. There are 4 different <strong>HolaBCN!<\/strong> tickets:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2 days for 15\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>3 days for 22\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>4 days for 28.50\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>5 days for 35\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can use <strong>metro<\/strong>, <strong>bus<\/strong>, <strong>tramway<\/strong> and some <strong>trains<\/strong> with these <strong>tickets<\/strong>. The 2, 3, 4 or 5 days start from the first time you use the <strong>ticket<\/strong>. The only <strong>tickets<\/strong> you can share with other people are the <strong>T10<\/strong> and the <strong>T-70\/30.<\/strong> All the other tickets can be used by one person only and you have to enter your ID number in order to get them.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Working_hours\"><\/span>Working hours<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>metro<\/strong><b>\u00a0system<\/b> in Barcelona starts its service at 5 am every day of the week with a vehicle arriving every four minutes (longer at the earliest and latest hours of the day). The\u00a0<strong>metro system<\/strong> shuts down at 12 am from Monday to Thursday, 2 am on Friday, and during the weekend it runs uninterruptedly until 12 am on Sunday. Traveling by\u00a0<strong>metro<\/strong>\u00a0tends to be quite quick, with an approximate commute of 2 minutes for every station<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The\u00a0<strong>bus system<\/strong> doesn&#8217;t have such straightforward schedules, with each <strong>bus<\/strong> operating on its own time. Most of the <strong>buses<\/strong> run only during the day, with some starting their service at around 4 or 5 am and stopping between 10 and 11 pm. There are, however, <strong>night buses,<\/strong> which cover certain areas of the city. Any <strong>bus<\/strong> which has an\u00a0<strong>N<\/strong> before the number is a\u00a0<strong>night bus<\/strong>. The <strong>Renfe<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmb.cat\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">TMB<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>websites\u00a0have detailed maps of the areas that they provide services to, and also have voyage planning programs that will help you know exactly how to get to where you want to go.
