The building once housed a perfume factory, and it stands out for its <strong>green and bright red coloured fa\u00e7ade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Casa P\u00e0dua 75 is a perfect example of how Catalan Modernisme wanted to <strong>break with traditional architecture<\/strong>. At the request of Josep Batll\u00f3, it was <strong>remodelled by Gaud\u00ed between 1904 and 1906<\/strong>. Businessman Batll\u00f3 was so fascinated by the result of the work, that he convinced his friend, Pedro Mil\u00e0, to hire Antoni Gaud\u00ed to build the now famous Casa Mil\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The building, with a surface of <strong>4,300 square meters<\/strong> distributed over six floors, is located on the Passeig de Gr\u00e0cia.
