To determine the price according to the rent reference index, you must enter the following data:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The property address<\/li>\n<li>The house\u2019s useable area in square meters (which you can find in your apartment\u2019s <em>c<\/em><em>\u00e9dula de habitabilidad<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>The condition the apartment is in<\/li>\n<li>The floor on which it is located<\/li>\n<li>The year of construction<\/li>\n<li>The Energy Certificate<\/li>\n<li>If the place includes a parking space, an elevator and\/or furniture<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you have entered the data, the only thing left to do is multiply the value established by the <strong>rent reference index<\/strong> by the property\u2019s number of square metres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The value of the index is determined by a <strong>geolocation<\/strong> system.
