As mentioned before, after the passing of the new law this means the bank will pay for these expenses.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Property_Registry\"><\/span>Property Registry<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the notary has signed the deed, this document must be added to the public property registry.
