Who is eligible? People who have lost their jobs, who are under an ERTE, who have had to reduce their working hours and self-employed who cannot make their payments. These microcredits may be repaid in six years and may be extended by another four years.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Extraordinary extension: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leases that expire during the next two months after the entry into force of this rule are extended to six months.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Moratorium on payment<\/b><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">when the owner of the housing, physical or legal person, has an investment fund, the tenant may request a moratorium on payment of rent as long as the state of emergency is in effect. In this sense, it is likely to see a huge explosion of consumption that will put back rents and demand on the table.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What will happen to prices? In recent years we have experienced a s<\/span><b>teady growth in the rental prices<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. We were in a situation where <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/flats-for-sale?order-by=1&amp;surface-to=919&amp;property-type=24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>buying an apartment in Barcelona<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or any other city was proving more profitable because, it was more economical to have a mortgage than having to pay a rent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-large fasc-type-flat fasc-rounded-medium ico-fa fasc-ico-before fa-chevron-circle-right\"
