Almacén Marabi

Created by Argentinean artist Mariela Marabi, Almacén Marabi  is a wonderful store in Born that sells handmade rag dolls and patchwork figures. The space is not only the store but also Mariela’s workshop, where she creates the dolls and puppets that are available for sale.

At Almacén Marabi you can find a quirky and colorful selection of toys for children and adults, as well as pieces like fabric key rings, brooches, wallets and rings.

Almacén Marabi is located at Carrer de Cicera, 6.

Abitare Kids Barruguet

Barruguet came to life in order to fill a gap in the educational toys market. Founded over forty years ago by Carme Ferrusola, Barruguet  has its own line of specialized toys that are not only fun but also help children develop critical thinking. This toy shop offers a variety of toys for ages 0 to 14, and a couple of fun items for those who are older.

Palau

One of the coolest places to go shopping with kids in Barcelona is Palau, a store that specializes in miniature vehicles and other boy-oriented toys. Dads will have a great time visiting the store with their sons, where they can find an array of model trains, racing tracks and radio-controlled helicopters, cars, boats and even drones! There is also a section with wooden boats that can be bought already assembled or to assemble at home.
