Here are some of the tours you can take in Barcelona.

Gran Teatre del Liceu 

The most famous Opera House in the city, Gran Teatre del Liceu offers guided tours from Monday to Friday at 9.30 am and 10.30 am. The tour includes a visit to the theatre vestibule, the auditorium, the hall of mirrors and the Círculo del Liceo. The tours last 50 minutes and can be given in English, French, Catalan or Spanish.

Torre Bellesguard

Get to know this work by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí in a one-hour guided tour that will take you inside the house, the patios and attic. Torre Bellesguard offers tours on Saturdays at 11 am (English), 12 pm (Spanish) and 1:15 pm (Catalan), and Sundays at 11 am (English), 12 pm (Catalan) and 1:15 (Spanish).

Torre Bellesguard is located at Carrer de Bellesguard, 16.

El Born Centre Cultural

El Born Centre Cultural offers a couple of different guided tours:

“The city that looked towards the future” happens every Sunday at 12 pm and 2 pm. Catalan.

“The Born: six centuries of commercial progress” happens on Sundays at 12 pm and 2 pm. Catalan.

“Barcelona 1700 – History and life” happens every Saturday at 1 pm. Castillian.

El Born Centre Cultural is located at Plaça Comercial, 12.

Sant Pau Modernist Monument

Sant Pau Modernist Monument is a gorgeous complex designed by architect Lluís Domènech I Montaner in the beginning of the 1900s. This former hospital has been declared UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Sant Pau Modernist Monument offers guided visits in four different languages.

English: 12 pm and 1 pm

French: 11 am

Spanish: 11:30 am and 1:30 pm

Catalan 10:30 am and 12:30 am

Palau de la Música Catalana

Palau de la Música Catalana is an impressive monument, one of Barcelona’s most treasured modernist sites, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997. The guided tour starts in the Rehearsal Hall of the Orfeó Catala, moving down the flowered stair, going into the Lluís Millet Hall, the Concert Hall and the organ of the Palau.

The guided tours last 55 minutes, starting every 30 minutes from 10 am to 3:30 pm. The languages used in the tours are English, French, Italian, Spanish or Catalan.
