INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
200 grams of spaghetti
50 grs. sliced mushrooms
50 grs.smoked bacon
150 grs. cream
50 grs. butter
1 egg yolk
50 grs . Parmesan cheese
To make the sauce chop the onion and bacon into cubes and fry them in a pan with butter. When they are browned, we add the mushrooms and salt until they are well cook. Then add the cream and pepper and toss the spaghetti with parmesan cooking it for about five minutes.
Just before serving add the egg and mix everything.
