Starting on June 5th some of the city’s best hotels will be open to receive the general public for a variety of activities for the Hotel Terrace Week. This annual event was first created in 2011 by the Barcelona Hotel Association to promote Barcelona’s hotel terraces.
DJ sessions, wine tasting, synchronized swimming, workshops and magic shows are some of the many activities that will be taking place in 59 rooftops across the city.
On Monday, June 8th, Ohla Hotel will be the home of on-the-spot caricatures, followed by a synchronized swimming demonstration on Friday and a jazz and blues concert on Sunday.
Hilton Diagonal Mar will be hosting various DJ sessions (all week), shishas with Arab Tapas (Friday the 5th), tastings of gin and tonic (Monday the 8th) and cocktails (Wednesday the 10th).
Hotel Neri’s gorgeous rooftop will receive live demos on Tuesday the 9th (paella) and Thursday the 11th (seafood). Be sure to reserve your place.
The Cotton House Hotel will offer two gin-and-tonic workshops, one on Friday the 12th and the other on Saturday the 13th.
H10 Art Gallery will host a fun activity for kids, an artistic morning that starts at 10:30 am on Saturday the 6th. Be sure to reserve your place beforehand.
