Hostels in Barcelona

Barcelona is not an expensive city, especially when compared to other cities in Europe, but the fact that it has so much to see and do may make the trip a bit demanding economically. A good way to save money in Barcelona is to find cheap lodging.

Barcelona Central Garden

Located at Calle Roger de Llúria 41, between Girona and Tetuan subway stations, this pleasant hostel offers clean and organized rooms, each of them tastefully decorated.

Hostel Mambo Tango

Mainly used by young people, Hostel Mambo Tango offers a colorful space with a lively staff. There are only shared rooms available in this hostel, which start at 14.90€ per night.

Casa Gracia

Located in the number 116 of Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Gracia offers accommodation in a beautifully decorated hostel full of peaceful colors and carefully chosen furniture. This is one of the newest hostels in the city, offering shared rooms and private rooms with wifi and television. The price of a bed in a dorm room is close to 30€ while the private rooms cost around 100€.

Barcelona Urbany

Ipods, touchscreens, graffiti – Barcelona Urbany is a modern and original hostel that offers a little bit of everything. Located at Avinguda Meridiana 97, a short walk from Clot subway station, Barcelona Urbany is equipped with a gym, pool and a nice terrace with a great view. Prices for dorm room beds range between 10€ and 30€.

Kabul

If you are looking to party and to have a fun time, Kabul is the hostel for you. Located right behind Las Ramblas, Kabul is one of the most popular hostels in Barcelona.  Kabul offers rooms with 4, 8, 10 or 20 beds, with shared bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning and lockers where visitors can keep their belongings. Prices range between 10€ and 25€, depending on the room you choose and the date you decide to visit the city.
