Here in Barcelona, you have a wide variety of specialty stores to choose from, everything from general hardware, flooring, lighting, and more. However, if you have multiple changes or want a wider selection it may be frustrating to jump between specialty stores.

Local and Specialty Shops

If you need a quick repair or smaller renovation, a good place to start with is your local bazaar, where you can get the basic tools, glue, screws, and even some bathroom and lighting fixtures. If you need a wider selection or some power tools you can go to the local hardware stores (ferreteria). For specialty items like lighting (luz) or flooring (pavimentos), you may find one near you as well. If you’d like a variety of hardware supplies, lighting supplies, power tools, furniture, and more you can try either Carrefour or HiperCor.
