Passeig de Gràcia

Passeig de Gràcia is a gorgeous avenue, one of the biggest ones in Barcelona, surrounded by some of the most celebrated pieces of architecture in the city. It is considered the most expensive street in Barcelona and Spain, due to its high number of luxury brand stores.

Casa Lleó i Morera

Casa Lleó i Morera is the result of architect’s Lluís Domenèch i Montanter renovation of the old Rocamora house. Several of the most famous artists of the time worked to create the façade and interior of this beautiful modernist building, like sculptor Eusebi Arneu i Mascort and painter Antoni Serra i Fiter.

Casa Amatller

Another stunning modernist building, Casa Amatler was designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch for chocolatier Antoni Amatler.

Casa Batlló

One of the most famous works of the Catalan Modernism movement, Casa Battló was created by architect Antoni Gaudí. This fascinating building’s design was inspired by ocean elements and the legend of Sant Jordi. Casa Battló was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 2005.

Casa Battló is located at Passeig de Gràcia, 43.

Casa Milá

Also known as La Pedrera, Casa Milà is another one of Antoni Gaudì’s works. It was declared World Heritage by UNSECO in 1984.

Rambla de Catalunya

Rambla de Catalunya is one of the most important streets in Eixample, with a boulevard in the center with trees and benches, and a variety of stores, bars and restaurants on each side.

Plaça de Catalunya

Considered by many as the center of Barcelona, Plaça de Catalunya is one of the biggest plazas in Spain. The plaza is the meeting point of important streets like Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla Catalunya, La Rambla, and Portal de l’Àngel, diving the city between the districts of Ciutat Vella and Eixample. There are several statues in Plaça de Catalunya by artists like Josep Clarà, Enric Casanovas, and Josep Dunyach, and two fountains that light up during the night.
