Degusta Barcelona

From the 24th to the 27th of September, Barcelona will host Barcelona Degusta. This popular food festival allows businesses to communicate among them and to promote their products.

degusta barcelonaVisitors are invited to come and experience a world of colors and exquisite tastes, where they can also learn from professional chefs and bakers.

At Barcelona Degusta the visitors will have the opportunity to take part in a series of activities, including cooking shows like Cooking with the stars, The secrets of Japanese Cuisine, Innovative sweets, Oriental Gastronomy and The perfect pair: cheese and wine.

There will also be a space for the public to learn, go to conferences and have fun with culinary experiences like Food Waste: How to better use food, Sharing a vermouth with celebrities, Creative desserts and chocolate, Slow Food and Spanish ham and traditional cheese.

Children can also enjoy the Barcelona Degusta experience, by visiting Degusta Kids. There will be Mini Cinema, Entertainment with Dr. Smiles and fun and creative workshops.

Ticket prices are 5€ for the general public, 4€ for people over 65 years old, large families and people with Carnet Jove, and 16€ for a Family Pack which includes 2 adults and 2 children between 8 and 18. Children under 8 can enter for free.

barcelona degustaFira de Barcelona is located at Av. Reina Maria Cristina, right by Plaza Espanya. To get there, you can use buses number D20, H12, V7, 9, 13, 27, 37, 50, 65, 79, 91, 109, 150 and 165. You can also use the subway, taking the red (L1) or green (L3) line, exiting at Espanya.

If you come by car you can park at BSM from 2 to 6 hours for 6.15€. You can also park at Las Arenas shopping center for up to 6 hours for 5,12€.
