Created by Greg Glassman, CrossFit is quite a recent trend. Its methodology is based on a very intense variation of fast movements. It can be very tiring, so it is not for everyone, but if you are one of those people who enjoy intense adrenaline boosts, CrossFit definitely is for you.

This program has a lot of benefits : it improves your physical strength as well as your self-esteem, increases your stamina, burns body fat and shapes your body and it even prevents cardiopulmonary diseases. It is particularly efficient for weight loss. With CrossFit training you can easily lose some kilos in a very short time span. Even pregnant women can practice it if allowed by their doctors and with specific exercises for that condition. If you are already an athlete, CrossFit can help you improve your performance.

Here is where you can try CrossFit in the district of Les Corts.

Crossfit is a growing trend, having gained the heart of many celebrities who constantly share their training sessions with us on Instagram and Facebook. Jason Statham, Cameron Diaz, and Bob Haper are just a few of them. However, CrossFit gyms or “boxes” are not always easy to find, especially the ones that are officially recognized by the brand. But the “invasion” has already started.
