Its founder and owner, Josep Mª Guardiola, won the World Cup for the best pastry chef in 2011 for his chocolate cake (it’s called Rosa dels Vents, you can also buy it). But they also offer a really good butter croissant for just 1.10€. According to Guardiola himself, the croissant has to be light, crispy but not too sweet. If you want to try other croissant options, you can also find croissants filled with crema catalana (creme brulée), chocolate and hazelnut or cappuccino (the prices are different though).
