This stylish restaurant in Sants can be found on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Expo Barcelona. Yes, that means you have to get to the top floor! But the elevator ride is worth it: the restaurant boasts a delicious menu and stunning views of Montjuic and the rest of the neighborhood.

The hotel is located right next to Sants train station and is a great option to get a better perspective on the area with a bird’s eye view. And to go with your stunning vistas, the restaurant offers delicious gourmet hamburgers and refreshing cocktails that add even more sophistication to your meal.

Also very near Sants train station, this restaurant boasts fantastic Basque and Catalan cuisine. The wide selection of gourmet pinxtos, made with fresh, top quality produce, is guaranteed to make your mouth water. Apart from the pinxtos, you can also order bigger dishes for a more relaxed sit-down meal.

Zarautz is also celebrated for their elaborate desserts, such as the so-called ‘Chocolate Orgasm’, which definitely delivers on an intense chocolate experience! Culture lovers should also take note: the restaurant regularly organizes ‘The Nights of Zarautz’, an arts event in which gastronomy and other artistic disciplines are brought together to make an unmissable night!

If you feel like taking a break from eating in the urban center of Sants, head to this restaurant in the green and natural hub of the neighborhood, Montjuic‘s mountain park. While only a few steps away from the Mirò Foundation and Mercat de les Flors, La Font Del Gat is located in the middle of a densely wooded garden which makes it feel like something from a fairy tale. The sounds of the city seem far away here, and you can enjoy the delicious modern and contemporary cuisine outside, in the beautiful garden terrace designed by modernist Laribal.

Inside the almost Gingerbread house-like building, you will find a charming modernist restaurant, considered one of the most romantic in the city. Head chef Pau Reventós and his team serve exceptional traditional Catalan cuisine with a modern touch, along with an exceptional selection of wines. The perfect place to chill out, or to bring that special person on a romantic Barcelona date!

Address: Passeig de Santa Madrona, 28
