La cuina de Gat Blau \u00e9s una cuina sostenible i saludable, amb ingredients de proximitat, de temporada, ecol\u00f2gics i de comer\u00e7 just. A la seva carta pots trobar plats com l&#8217;amanida de pastanaga, cacauet, taronja i herbes fresques, hummus de mongetes amb nap i alls negres o arr\u00f2s amb s\u00e8pia fresca i allioli. Tot delici\u00f3s i bon\u00edssim, sens dubte una excel\u00b7lent opci\u00f3 per dinar o sopar a la Ciutat Comtal aquest estiu.
