Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que els <strong>pisos de lloguer<\/strong> actualment estan molt buscats i no \u00e9s gens complicat llogar-los, aquests han de tenir una s\u00e8rie de condicions perqu\u00e8 puguin llogar r\u00e0pidament i per quotes m\u00e9s altes. Aix\u00f2 li donar\u00e0 un aspecte m\u00e9s alegre i net a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/per-que-triar-una-asseguranca-de-la-llar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>llar<\/strong><\/a>. \u00c9s aconsellable optar per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/cromoterapia-per-a-la-teva-llar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>colors<\/strong><\/a> neutres, on els diferents tons de blanc s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s adequats. Tamb\u00e9 cal intentar eliminar les taques d&#8217;humitat que es generen habitualment a les zones amb m\u00e9s humitat, com la dutxa i la pica, aplicant silicona i netejant les juntes de les rajoles que s&#8217;han ennegrit. A m\u00e9s, revisar que hi hagi un correcte a\u00efllament al <strong>pis<\/strong> ens ajudar\u00e0 a estalviar molts diners en subministraments, la qual cosa ens interessar\u00e0 a la llarga.
