Promou l&#8217;extensi\u00f3 d&#8217;una nova filosofia que combina plaer i coneixement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment est\u00e0 present en tots els continents i opera per salvaguardar les tradicions gastron\u00f2miques regionals, els seus productes i els seus m\u00e8todes de cultiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00e9 com a s\u00edmbol el caragol, que \u00e9s l\u2019emblema de la lentitud.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3994\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent.jpg\" alt=\"Menjar Lent\" width=\"731\" height=\"406\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent-768x427.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.com\/blog\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Menjar-Lent-810x450.jpg 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 731px) 100vw, 731px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les finalitats que persegueix aquesta filosofia s\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>atorgar dignitat cultural a les tem\u00e0tiques relacionades amb el menjar i l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>individualitzar els productes alimentosos i les modalitats de producci\u00f3 lligats a un territori, en una \u00f2ptica de salvaguarda de la biodiversitat, promovent la seva categoritzaci\u00f3 i protecci\u00f3 mentre que s\u00f3n b\u00e9ns culturals.<\/li>\n<li>elevar la cultura aliment\u00e0ria de la ciutadania i en particular de les generacions m\u00e9s joves, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aconseguir la plena consci\u00e8ncia del dret en plaure i al gust.<\/li>\n<li>promoure la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;una qualitat de vida diferent, basada en el respecte al ritme i temps naturals, a l&#8217;ambient i la salut dels consumidors, afavorint la fru\u00efci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquells que representin la m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3 qualitativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest moviment \u00e9s present arreu del m\u00f3n: \u00e9s a m\u00e9s de 100 pa\u00efsos, i t\u00e9 m\u00e9s de 80.000 socis. A It\u00e0lia compta amb 330 seus locals, les quals s&#8217;anomenen \u201ccondotte\u201d (conductes), mentre que a la resta del planeta de les seves seus locals se\u2019n diu \u201cconvivia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des del passat mes de setembre, la localitat barcelonina de Sitges acull <a title=\"Google+ Slow Food \" href=\"http:\/\/plus.google.com\/+Slowfoodgarrafpenedes\/posts\/PxiDGEnJ67Y?pid=6052316409829608994&amp;oid=117797862976451638094\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">El Mercat de la Terra Slow Food<\/a>. Promogut per la comunitat <a title=\"Facebook Slow Food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SlowFoodGarrafPenedes\/posts\/822861607724515\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Slow Food del Garraf i Pened\u00e8s<\/a>, \u00e9s el primer que s&#8217;organitzar\u00e0 de forma estable. Tots els dissabtes als Jardins del Retiro, Sitges tornar\u00e0 a tenir el seu mercat de pag\u00e8s.
