Es tracta d&#8217;un lloc interactiu amb projeccions en 3D, experi\u00e8ncies sensorials i tastos, concebut per donar a con\u00e8ixer una visi\u00f3 \u00e0mplia del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest producte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sala, situada a l&#8217;antic local de la Casa del Llibre, al n\u00famero 88\/94 de la Rambla, disposa de 2.000 metres quadrats. A les seves 3 plantes, 40 empleats atenen als visitants. Aquesta audioguia multiling\u00fce en castell\u00e0, catal\u00e0, franc\u00e8s, angl\u00e8s, alemany, rus, itali\u00e0 i xin\u00e8s, t\u00e9 com a objectiu del museu atreure la visita dels 100 milions de persones que recorren cada any aquest passeig clau a la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia muse\u00edstica donar\u00e0 pas al tast i el maridatge, en grups de 18 persones. Extremadura, ib\u00e8ric de gla D.O. Valle de los Pedroches, i com a espl\u00e8ndida fi, ib\u00e8ric de gla D.O. Jabugo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada grup \u00e9s at\u00e8s per un tallador professional, que talla un tros de cada pe\u00e7a al moment i la d\u00f3na a provar al visitant, perqu\u00e8 ell mateix jutgi i esculli la seva preferida. S&#8217;hi poden comprar tota mena de delicatessen relacionades amb el tema, per emportar-se, prendre-s&#8217;ho all\u00ed mateix, o endur-se&#8217;n mossos per anar menjant mentre es rambleja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El projecte va n\u00e9ixer fa dos anys despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una alian\u00e7a entre l&#8217;empresari catal\u00e0 Enrique Tom\u00e1s, i el seu soci, el periodista Jordi Orozco, i en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la signatura de l&#8217;arquitecte Dani Freixes.
