La posarem tamb\u00e9 a coure.<\/li>\n<li>Anirem controlant l\u2019olla, traient l\u2019escuma i vigilant que res no es desfaci, quan veiem alguna cosa ja cuita l\u2019apartarem.<\/li>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019un parell d\u2019hores ben bones, afegirem la resta: els cigrons, la col talladeta, les patates, el pollastre i les botifarres. Tamb\u00e9 hi tirarem el safr\u00e0 i salpebrarem si cal.<\/li>\n<li>Per tal de que no es barregin i tingui aspecte impecable en servir-ho, podem posar tant els cigrons com la col en bosses de malla individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tot ja sigui cuit, ho treiem i ho reservem calent.
