T&#8217;informem que nom\u00e9s assisteixen a les <strong>reunions de ve\u00efns<\/strong> els propietaris d&#8217;algun dels <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/els-10-riscos-de-vendre-el-teu-immoble-pel-teu-compte\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>immobles<\/strong><\/a> de la comunitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les persones que viuen al pis en r\u00e8gim d&#8217;arrendament no estan obligades a assistir ni han de fer front a derrames o altres despeses derivades de la <strong>comunitat de ve\u00efns<\/strong>. Si aquest \u00e9s el cas, has de tenir en compte el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les <strong>Juntes Extraordin\u00e0ries<\/strong> s&#8217;han de comunicar a tots els ve\u00efns amb el temps suficient perqu\u00e8 tothom pugui assistir-hi.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si es d\u00f3na la circumst\u00e0ncia que un propietari visqu\u00e9s fora de la comunitat, dins del territori espanyol, ha de ser informat de la celebraci\u00f3 de la junta perqu\u00e8 pugui assistir, a causa que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shbarcelona.cat\/blog\/cat\/novetats-a-la-llei-darrendaments-urbans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>la Llei<\/strong><\/a> preveu que aquests propietaris han d&#8217;estar informats en tractar-se d&#8217;informacions del seu inter\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s possible convocar una junta extraordin\u00e0ria d&#8217;un dia per l&#8217;altre sempre que tots els propietaris puguin ser advertits d&#8217;aquesta.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si no s&#8217;informa convenientment d&#8217;aquestes reunions a tots els propietaris, s&#8217;estaria incorrent en una infracci\u00f3 legal, amb la possibilitat d&#8217;impugnar <strong>judicialment<\/strong> la junta en estar-se incomplint-se la
