Aix\u00f2 vol dir que ha de tenir un contracte indefinit i una certa antiguitat. Aquest ha de ser prou alt perqu\u00e8 la quota de la hipoteca no suposi m\u00e9s del 30% o 40% de la teva capacitat d&#8217;endeutament, ja que en cas contrari l&#8217;entitat financera denegar\u00e0 el pr\u00e9stec.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des de la crisi econ\u00f2mica iniciada l&#8217;any 2008, els bancs rarament concedeixen el 100% de la hipoteca d&#8217;un immoble.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tant, <strong>els diners que tinguis estalviats tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n un aspecte clau perqu\u00e8 el banc ens aprovi el cr\u00e8dit<\/strong>.
