A must-see is the Church of Sant Miquel del Port, located at the Plaza de la Barceloneta. It is in Baroque style and considered an official ‘Local Good of Interest’. In 1996 Barceloneta Park was inaugurated. It sits on the former land of the Catalan Gas factory. Surrounded by pine trees, tamarind trees and palm trees, the park preserves certain constructions related to the old factory. You can also visit the spectacular building of the headquarters of Gas Natural Fenosa, now Naturgy. It is considered a unique building for its one-of-a-kind architecture.
