The city of Barcelona is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, and without a doubt, it is much sought after as a city to live in. Many people who have lived in coastal areas before say they can not live without being close to the sea, so they choose to rent a flat in Barcelona. There are also people who choose the Catalan capital to enjoy the closeness of the beach, because they previously did not have water closeby. If you come to Barcelona with your large family and are looking for a more luxurious and expensive place to live in, you can choose the more elegant districts of Barcelona with more spacious apartments. If you are in need of a five-bedroom apartment, this might be a bit more complicated in the Ciudad Condal. Advantages of renting a five-bedroom apartment in  Barcelona

Finding a five-bedroom apartment to rent in Barcelona can be complex, but is not completely impossible. The most expensive neighbourhoods traditionally have larger apartments, and therefore they also have more bedrooms. It is common for wealthy families to prefer more spacious apartments to accommodate their larger family, which you can clearly see by the type of buildings in the different areas of the Catalan capital. And that is exactly why it is easier to find an apartment or house with more bedrooms in neighbourhoods where the Catalan middleclass par excellence has settled. These neighbourhoods are l’Eixample, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi and Pedralbes, although this is a more modern area. If you can not afford to rent such a large apartment in one of these areas, you can try to find a similar size property in the neighbourhood of Guinardó, Clot, La Font d'en Fargas or Camp de l'Arpa. You can also consider sharing a flat in a more prosperous area, which in the end allows you to enjoy cheaper rental prices. You can lack a bit of privacy when sharing an apartment, but you could profit more from good public transport connections, excellent services and interesting shopping areas.
