Philosophy of the Real estate
Sometimes people meet, share the same goals, join forces and create this institution which we call a 'company' to be able to collectively carry out something that they couldn't achieve on their own.
Since our early days in 2000 we have focused all our actions on providing a personalised service to our clients and in the space of a few years we have become one of the references in the real estate services sector in Barcelona.
We practice a policy of quality management and transparency geared towards achieving the maximum satisfaction of our clients and users.
Project
ShBarcelona is a group of professionals with different backgrounds that are part of an exciting corporate project which came about in the year 2000.
We were originally involved in sorting people out both in terms of accommodation and rental. To this end we have an extensive portfolio of flats, apartments, studios, lofts and penthouses, magnificently equipped and located in the best enclaves of Barcelona.
We are accredited as 'tourist use housing' operators ('habitatges d'us turístic'). We are members of Apartur, the Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria (Official Association of Estate Agents) as well as the Administradores de Fincas de Barcelona (Property Administrators). All these institutions endorse our management and expertise.
We also have vast professional experience in real estate mediation, both in the purchase and sale of properties.
We have gained the trust of the most prestigious entities, companies, business schools and national and international universities.
