ShBarcelona is a group of professionals with different backgrounds that are part of an exciting corporate project which came about in the year 2000.

We were originally involved in sorting people out both in terms of accommodation and rental. To this end we have an extensive portfolio of flats, apartments, studios, lofts and penthouses, magnificently equipped and located in the best enclaves of Barcelona.

As a novelty in Barcelona, we offer accomadation on comfortable boats in Barcelona's Port Vell.

We are accredited as 'tourist use housing' operators ('habitatges d'us turístic'). We are members of Apartur, the Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria (Official Association of Estate Agents) as well as the Administradores de Fincas de Barcelona (Property Administrators). We are also the official agents in the province of Barcelona of the Ministry of Housing's Sociedad Publica de Alquiler (Public Rental Society). All these institutions endorse our management and expertise.

We also have vast professional experience in real estate mediation, both in the purchase and sale of properties.
